Mr. Glassberg has maintained a general practice of law in Northeastern Pennsylvania for over thirty-five years, concentrating his practice in the areas of worker' compensation, real estate, business formations and transactions, and estate planning and administration. Mr. Glassberg's experience includes being an assistant attorney general for both the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and Pennsylvania Bureau of Consumer Protection. He has always been a principal in any law practice in which he has been affiliated and has never represented any insurance companies or carriers.

Mr. Glassberg was Solicitor for the Hazleton Area School District during a sixty million dollar building project, including construction of the new Hazleton Area High School, various elementary and middle schools and renovations to various schools, the legal aspects of which included land acquisition, bond issues, review of construction and architectural documents and resulting construction litigation.

As Solicitor Mr. Glassberg also had prime responsibility for labor related matters, including negotiation of labor contracts and litigating labor grievance procedures and disputes. As Solicitor for the Hazleton Redevelopment Authority, Mr. Glassberg conducted major eminent domain proceedings and has been involved with substantial land development projects.
