For over 10 years, Antonio Doganiero has practiced exclusively in the areas of construction law, complex infrastructure projects, and government contracts. Mr. Doganiero represents public and private project owners, EPC contractors, large construction companies, construction managers, design-build teams, suppliers and specialty fabricators, among others. Mr. Doganiero has litigated, arbitrated and mediated construction disputes in various state and federal courts throughout the United States. In addition to litigating construction matters, Mr. Doganiero devotes a significant amount of his practice to counseling clients on large construction projects to ensure contract compliance, develop and maintain budget and schedule controls, manage commercial risks, and avoid the types of disputes and litigation that have historically arisen out of complex construction projects. Before founding Glassberg & Doganiero, Mr. Doganiero practiced with the Construction Law groups of Kilpatrick Stockton LLP in Atlanta, GA and Pepper Hamilton LLP in Philadelphia, PA.
